Sign in on the app
Step 1: Open the app
Launch HeyCoach from your home screen after installing from the App Store or Google Play.
Step 2: Enter your credentials
- Email - the address you use on the HeyCoach website
- Password - your website password (tap the eye icon to show or hide it)
- Tap Sign in
Step 3: Wait for your dashboard
If your credentials are correct, the app opens your coach or client home screen automatically.
Common messages
| Message | What to do |

| Incorrect email or password | Check spelling and caps lock. Reset your password on the website if needed. |
| No HeyCoach profile is linked to this account | Your login is valid but there is no coach or client profile. Use the email from when your account was created, or contact HeyCoach support. |
| This account has been blocked | Contact HeyCoach support. |
| Unable to sign in. Please try again. | Wait a moment and try again. Check your internet connection. |
No registration in the app
The sign-in screen says: Don't have an account? Contact HeyCoach to request one.
To self-register, use the website: Create an account.
