Reset your password

If you forgot your password, you can reset it by email.

Step 1: Request a reset link

1. Go to heycoach.ai/login
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter the email address on your HeyCoach account
4. Click Send reset link

You'll see Check your email confirming a link was sent. The link expires in 1 hour.

Step 2: Open the email

1. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email
2. Click the link in the email

The link opens HeyCoach's Choose a new password page.

Step 3: Set a new password

1. Enter your New password (at least 8 characters)
2. Enter the same password in Confirm new password
3. Click Set new password

When it succeeds, you'll see Password updated.

Step 4: Sign in

Click Sign in and use your new password.

Troubleshooting

"Invalid reset link"

The link may be broken, expired, or already used. Request a new one from the sign-in page → Forgot password?

Reset links expire after one hour.

"Passwords don't match"

Both fields must be identical.

"Password must be at least 8 characters"

Choose a longer password.

Didn't receive the email?

• Check spam/junk
• Confirm you entered the same email you used to register
• Wait a few minutes and try again

I want to change my password but I know the current one

Coaches can use Settings on the website to update their display name. For password changes, use this reset flow (you don't need your old password when using the email link).
