Verify your email

HeyCoach sends a verification email when you create an account. Verifying confirms you own the email address on your account.

Step 1: Check your inbox

After registering, look for an email from HeyCoach at the address you signed up with.

  1. Open the email
  2. Click the verification link inside

The link opens a page on HeyCoach that says Verifying your email… and then Email verified when it succeeds.

Step 2: Sign in

After verification:

  1. Click Sign in on the success screen, or go to heycoach.ai/login
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. You'll be taken to your home page (Dashboard for coaches, Programs for clients)

The link may be incomplete if it was copied manually. Open the email again and click the link directly - don't copy and paste a truncated URL.

"Verification failed"

Common causes:

  • The link has already been used (verification only needs to happen once)
  • The link has expired - try signing in; if your account works, you're already verified
  • A temporary error - wait a few minutes and try the link again

If you still can't verify, sign in and check whether your account already works. Contact HeyCoach support if you're stuck.

Didn't receive the email?

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
  2. Wait a few minutes - delivery can be delayed
  3. Make sure you entered the correct email at registration
  4. Try signing in - if your account exists, you can request a new verification from support if needed

Do I have to verify before using HeyCoach?

We recommend verifying as soon as possible. Some account actions may require a verified email address.
