Calendar (client app)

See your workout schedule by month. Open sessions or cancel ones you can't make.

How to open

Tap Calendar in the bottom tab bar. Subtitle: Your workout schedule.

Month view

  • Navigate between months
  • Legend - Completed, Partial, Scheduled, Cancelled
  • Colored dots on days that have workouts
  • Tap a day to see that day's session below the calendar

Open a workout

Select a day with a Scheduled or Completed session. Use the workout card buttons (Open Workout, Continue Workout, or View Workout) to go to Workout.

Cancel a scheduled session

For a Scheduled workout, tap Can't make this session?

Confirm Cancel this workout? - Your coach will be notified…

  • Keep Session - go back
  • Cancel Workout - mark as cancelled

After cancelling: You cancelled this session. Contact your coach if you need to reschedule.
