Viewing & buying programs
Click a program title on Your programs or open a link your coach shared. What you see depends on how you got the program.
Coach-assigned program
If your coach assigned this program to you directly:
- Badge: Coach program
- Message: Assigned by your coach
- Prompt: Open the HeyCoach app to follow this program
There's nothing to buy - access came through your coach plan. Use the mobile app to work through the program.
Shareable program (not owned yet)
If you opened a public or shared program link:
- Badges show the price and Shareable program
- Sidebar shows the price (one-time or per month)
- Button: Get this program
Buying a shareable program
- Click Get this program
- If not signed in, you'll be asked to sign in first
- Review the purchase summary
- Click Continue to payment or Continue to subscription
- Complete checkout (tax added at checkout)
- Open the HeyCoach app to start the program
Owned program (one-time purchase)
After buying a one-time listing:
- You own this program
- Open the app to start or continue
Owned program (subscription)
If you subscribed to a program listing:
- You own this program with subscription details
- Cancel subscription - cancels at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then
Confirm cancellation in the dialog when prompted.
Program information
All program pages show:
- Title and coach name
- Category, level, and duration badges (when available)
- Tagline and full description

Troubleshooting
Prompted to sign in when buying
Shareable program purchases require a HeyCoach account. Sign in or create a client account - choose Client if you're buying for yourself as a coached athlete.
Paid but still can't access in the app
- Wait a moment after checkout
- Sign in to the app with the same email as the website
- Refresh the program page on the web to confirm You own this program
Wrong program type
- Roster client? You usually don't buy individual listings - subscribe on Billing instead
- One-off buyer? Use the share link and purchase on the program page
