Workout (client app)
Log sets, reps, and weight for each exercise in your session. Use tools like the rest timer and plate calculator.
How to open
Important: Open a workout from Home or Calendar first. The Workout tab alone shows Open a workout from Home or Calendar to start if no session is selected.
- On Home, tap Open Workout / Continue Workout on today's card, or
- On Calendar, select a day and tap Open Workout on the session card
During a workout
The header shows context:
- Today's workout
- Upcoming workout (read-only preview)
- Completed workout (read-only review)
Tools
- Rest Timer - countdown between sets
- Plate Calculator - plate math for bar loading (kg or lb)
Log each set
For each exercise, fill in Reps and Weight and check Done when you complete a set.
Move between exercises with Previous and Next. On the last exercise, tap Done to finish.
How did it go?
Choose one:
- Completed
- Partial
- Skipped
Notes for your coach
Optional field (up to 250 characters): Any notes for your coach?
Finish
Tap Done on the last exercise to save. If save fails: Could not save workout. Try again.
Completed sessions open in read-only mode with Close on the last exercise.
Empty states

| Open a workout from Home or Calendar first | No session selected on the Workout tab |
| No exercises found for this session | Session data is missing exercises |
| No workout loaded | Try opening again from Home or Calendar |
On the website
Your program assignment and billing are on Your programs and Billing. The app is where you execute workouts.
