Can I create an account in the app?

No. Create an account on the website, choose Client, then sign in on the app.

Home says "Talk to your coach"

You may not have an active program or plan yet. Ask your coach to assign a program, and make sure your website billing plan is Active.

Why is the Workout tab empty?

Open a session from Home or Calendar first. The Workout tab does not pick a session on its own.

Where do I pay for my coach's plan?

On the website: Billing & plan. The app does not handle payments.

Complete purchase on the website. Once active, your program appears on Your programs and workouts show in the app.

Can I message my coach in the app?

No. Use the contact method your coach provides, or Contact Support in Profile.

I forgot my password

Use Reset your password on the website.
