Tap Progress in the bottom tab bar.

  • Current program week

Day-by-day cards for the current week. If nothing is scheduled: No workouts scheduled this week.

All time

Longer-term metrics (volume and workout counts vary by program).

Errors

If data fails to load, you'll see an error message. Pull to refresh or return later.
