Quick answers to common coach questions on the HeyCoach website.


I built a program in the app but don't see it on the website

Programs sync from the mobile app. Make sure you published the program in the app, then refresh the Programs page on the website. New programs can take a moment to appear.

My client can't see their programs

Clients need an active client plan before Programs unlocks.

  1. Confirm you created a client plan
  2. Ask the client to subscribe on their Billing page
  3. After payment, they should see programs on Programs

The client must be signed in as a client account, not a coach account.


Copy link requires all of:

  • Program is published in the app
  • Pricing is saved on the program page
  • Payout setup is Ready on Billing

What's the difference between a client plan and a program listing?

Many coaches use client plans for 1:1 roster clients and listings for standalone program sales.


How do I get paid?

  1. Complete payout setup on Billing
  2. Create client plans and/or price shareable programs
  3. Clients pay at checkout; funds appear in your Balance and pay out to your bank

Prices are in CAD; tax is added for clients at checkout.


How do I cancel my HeyCoach subscription?

BillingHeyCoach planManage subscription → cancel in the payment portal.

Canceling your HeyCoach plan does not automatically cancel your clients' subscriptions to you.


How do I change my HeyCoach plan tier?

Visit Plan and choose Upgrade or Downgrade on the tier you want. See HeyCoach plan.


Can I cancel a client's plan from the website?

Not directly. Clients are told to contact you for plan changes. Handle cancellations with your client outside the self-serve website flow.


Where do I build and assign programs?

In the HeyCoach mobile app. The website is for account, billing, pricing, and sharing.

I returned from payout setup but status didn't update

Refresh the Billing page. If you used a bookmark, open Billing from the HeyCoach header so the return URL processes correctly.
