Shareable programs (coach app)
Create marketing listings from your coach programs and publish share links. Buyers complete purchase on the website.
How to open
Tap Shareable Programs in the sidebar.
Listings
Each listing is tied to one of your coach programs. Badges show Published or Draft.
- New Listing - pick a program to promote
- Copy link - after publishing
- Delete a listing when you no longer need it
Empty state: Create a shareable listing to promote an existing program.
If you have no programs yet, the app prompts you to create one in Programs first.
Edit a listing
Select a listing to open the editor. Sections typically include:
- About - title, tagline, category, duration, level, cover image, description
- Highlights - bullet points for buyers
- Coach - your name and bio on the listing
- Reviews - testimonials (name + quote required)
Use Save draft while working. Cancel discards unsaved navigation.
Optional AI generate buttons can draft description and highlights (requires network access).
Publish and get link
- Finish required fields in the app
- Complete pricing and final publish steps on heycoach.ai (the app may show Almost there - Finalize publishing on heycoach.ai, then return here to publish and get your share link.)
- Return to the app and tap Publish & get link
- Copy the URL (Link copied to clipboard when successful)
Share links look like heycoach.ai/programs/{id} for buyers.
