Coach FAQ (mobile app)
Can I register as a coach in the app?
No. Create an account on the website and choose Coach, then sign in on the app.
I forgot my password
Use Reset your password on the website. The app does not offer password reset.
Why can't I assign a program to a client?
Usually the client has no preferred training days set. Open Clients, edit the client, and add their training schedule. The program's sessions per week must also fit their available days.
Where do I set program prices?
In the app you build and publish programs. Pricing and the customer purchase link are on the website: Programs & sharing.
Shareable program says "Almost there"
Finish publishing and pricing on heycoach.ai, then return to Shareable programs and tap Publish & get link.
Where is billing and payouts?
On the website: Billing & payouts and Client plans.
Programs on the website don't match the app
Programs sync from the app. Build and edit them in Programs. The website shows counts, pricing, and share links.
